iShowServices provides internet entry for shows which can then be passed to the Show Secretary as fully printed entry forms for further processing, or direct to an appropriate show processing provider.
iShowServices recommends Agility Aid for show processing, including running orders, ring cards, calling sheets, score sheets etc, but other show processors may be used. iShowServices currently work with several different show processors.
iShowServices provides entries that
are accurate* with regard to handler and dog details, entry fees and number and
type of classes entered. This provides real benefits to the show processing....no
chasing handlers to check or correct details and if passed electronically from iShowServices, then no re-keying of data!
These entries then require further processing
with regard to running orders, ring cards, calling sheets, score sheets
etc.
Clubs using this service will be able to monitor entries** submitted on line via their own unique log-in. At closing date, you will immediately know the total entries per class entered on-line as well as camping numbers, offers of help and any other data that you wish captured. The entry forms will be sent to you and your money banked electronically. The forms are readable, the money is correct, banked and guaranteed - and there's only one envelope to open!
Should you have to cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances you only need to write one cheque to iShowServices and we will refund all the entrants via iShowServices for you. Even with our usual unpredictable British summer weather, the current climate changes have adversely affected many shows over the last couple of years and this part of our service has been of great benefit to quite a number of show organisers!
If you are a show organiser and you wish to use the services of iShowServices then please contact the iShowServices administrator, Kate Austin.
*please note that the entries are checked against details provided by each competitor when they first register and whilst iShowServices will do everything it can to ensure entry details are accurate, it cannot be responsible for inaccuracies submitted by competitors when they registered. Inaccuracies discovered by or advised to iShowServices will be corrected for subsequent show entries.
**please note that the data reported should be regarded as for informational purposes only as competitors are allowed to modify their entry up to and including the closing date.
