To clarify matters for everyone, iSS will not be hosting any shows this year after May 7th. At that point Kate Austin and Dave Jolly leave us.
We want to reassure you that any money you have in your account belongs to you and is held securely on your behalf, but appreciate you may want a refund. A zero balance will not close your account and you can return to it any time.
There are 2 ways to obtain a refund:
You can transfer funds from your iSS account direct to an ASO account by logging in and clicking on My Account. You will see a Transfer Funds section. Enter the ASO reference and the amount you want to transfer (numbers only, no £ sign). Your iSS account will debit immediately, it may take 1-2 days to appear in the ASO account. Please note this facility is provided as a convenience for our iSS customers, we will deposit your funds on your behalf, and it helps us to speed up refunds. iSS has no connection to ASO, the two companies are not related and iSS does not endorse ASO.
To have a refund direct to your bank account please email us, either by clicking on Contact Us or email email@example.com, and provide the following details:
Refunds to bank accounts can take up to 5 working days, but in view of possible volumes it may take longer. Your account will only be debited once the payment has been made
We thank you all for your loyalty and support, many of you have been with us from the start in July 2002. Thank you for your trust in us back in those days – we were a totally new concept but you took the leap with us and together we changed entering agility for the better.
We shall not be hosting shows for at least a year, but we do have other plans. We shall let you know about them as we can.
