How to update entries due to dog changing Grade

• Login to the site if not already done so
• Click on 'My Dogs Details' on the left hand side menu bar
• Click on the appropriate dogs name
• Using the dropdown alongside 'Grade', select the dog's new grade and click on 'Submit Updated Details'



• Select the 'My Home Page' left hand side menu bar item



• If show has not yet closed:
• Click on the 'Amend/Cancel' button alongside the showname on your iSS Home Page
• Click on the 'Amend one dog's entries' button on the right of the screen
• Select the appropriate dog from the dropdown list and then click on the 'Amend this dog's entries' button



• If show has closed:
• Click on the 'Grade Change' button alongside the showname on your iSS Home Page
• Select the appropriate dog from the dropdown list and then click on the 'Amend this dog's entries' button


• You will be returned to your 'My Entries' page displaying your modified show entry

NB: These steps will change your dog to the appropriate classes so long as there are the same number
and type available. If this is not the case please follow the instructions displayed on screen
